Notes

Long run along race route with the SRR. Good group to start. Stayed with them until mile 15 at Wellesley then let them go (I think they picked up the pace a little). Felt fine through the Newton hills though a little heavy. Had a good mile there over the top of HB hill. Setting up for a good race though I think sub 2:50 is not going to happen. No injury today which is great. Back/sciatica was okay with a little butt rubbing around mile 12. Hips started to tighten up around mile 21 but that is to be expected. Overall a good workout.
