Really wanted to get to 40m this week. :) Achieved it! Hopefully won't fuck me up next week. Trying to get to peak fitness so that for the 1 month I don't run I don't lose too much endurance. Urgh. 40 miles!!! Yeah yeah, that's including walking which is warmup/cooldown. STILL. 40 MILES. AHAHHAHAHAHAHHA.
