Notes

Stopped wearing HR monitor since I'm running so slowly the whole time. This whole week has just been running really slowly for REALLY really slow distances. Today was 4.6 the whole way. I'm really considering running again in the evening. Maybe just 3 miles? Maybe if I break it up it won't be so bad on me. Just trying to heal that possible tear/ possible PF. Urgh. Why was I so stupid? I'm not superhuman. I KNOW better. But I still got so excited at the fact that I was running so much and my knees and heart were fine with it. The one thing that I've avoided this whole time. That everyone is so plagued by. Maybe it's not PF though. Like, when I get up in the morning it doesn't hurt and it aches during the day. Still, resting and icing can't hurt no matter what it is. Maybe it was the beginning of PF and I just nipped it in the bud? I... went kind of crazy with the walking this week to compensate for everything tho. Looking back I walked 8m Sunday, 9m Tuesday, 6m Thursday, and 13.5m (half-marathon!) Friday.
