Notes

So hard to get myself to run today. Went down to the gym at like 5:30p, someone was there watching tv so I immediately headed back home. Decided to take a 20 minute "nap" which turned into something much longer. Woke up and convinced myself I was going to run tomorrow morning instead. Then suddenly felt like running. Went to gym. Legs felt awesome. Was just running smoothly. Towards 1h had to go down in speed. Then had to go down to 4.4-4.5 speed and fast walked it instead of slow ran it. Since walking is different from running I decided to keep going to 8 miles since it was technically walking quickly. Will count it as part of my run since I was wearing running shoes and that is my philosophy as to what counts and doesn't. Really of the 8 miles I would say 6-6.5 were actually running, the others were a very fast walk.

Am I fucking up? Too much too fast too soon? Thing is I'll stop running completely for at LEAST two weeks next Friday. I kind of want to get all I can in...
