Notes

New HR monitor cord! Wow. What a difference. I hadn't realized how shitty the old one had gotten till I got a new one. Wonder if the same thing will happen with shoes... Oddly didn't feel super tired even though I rested yesterday. The only thing I'm worried about is that with rest days so close together I'm gonna have to do 6 days in a row to do my 6 days a week thing. :( Dunno how that will work out.

Doing 4.1, 3.6 and 3.1 as cool down.
