I'm a little worried I'm increasing distance too quick. Added 5 more minutes to the 5 minute jump I did 1.5 weeks ago. My legs just felt so good which makes no sense because I've been running a lot more. Hmm. I think I'll keep those extra 5 minutes unless it starts hurting then I'll back down.
