Notes

Legs felt fairly good. During the last quarter mile to half mile I could feel that I wanted to go faster. Legs felt really good at the end. Probably should have finished with some strides, but did not think about it. Did a small weights workout after I cooled down. Did 20 lunges with 20 pound weight in one hand (10 in the left, 10 in the right). 10 squats w/ 20lb weight. 20 Curls 2/ 20. Abs: 6/60 s -- did 10 per. 20 pushups. Will likely be sore tomorrow.
