Notes

I did a leg workout yesterday so my legs felt trashed early on, but halfway through, they started to feel good again. My calves did not cramp up today, so all of the calf raises are helping. I did two 15 second strides at 800m effort w/ 30 sec jogging rest @ the end. I felt fast and strong during these as well as on my run. This could be due to the rest I have gotten or due to my calves not hurting.
