home, long street for a bit, up kloof nek, part of tafelburg, signal hill, camps bay drive, clifton, green point with extra loop, then back home. worked up to about 4:20 pace for about 30min. felt strong at the end. had a gu every 40-45min, which seemed to help in the last 15min even. average HR very low - partly due to SE wind most likely.
