5x2min hill on treadmill - 12.0 gradient, increase from 6.5-7.1mph increasing 0.1mph each 30s with increasing starting point for each interval. last one did 7.2mph from 9 to 12 gradient increasing every 30s.

didn't push all out efforts to save for speed work on wed and race on sunday.
