very windy. solid run. felt very relaxed. rythm is key on they run. weather was cool. that will be a difference maker.

have tried 4:50, 4:30 and 4:40 pace for my last 3 race pace bricks. i will start IM run at 5min/km and increase slowly from there (if i can).
