Notes

hungover, tired & dehydrated, but 10km race pace intervals at 3min with 1 min easy jog were going ok for first 40 min. suffered going up kloof from camp's bay (6:10/km). good speedy downhill finish. trying to build calouses on feet for downhill so they don't burn/blister so bad.
