easy recovery run right after swim. iffley, christ church meadow 1x loop, then thames path/isis to dodington bridge. knees a little achy, legs heavy. did same run 1 week ago exactly and felt much better then. it's all good - part of the overload at the end of the period.
left knee a little achy, plantar facia a little tight in Right foot. will monitor these closely.
foam rolled calves, ITB, quads and butt after.
