hilly hard run with OUCC, Anthony, Oz and Tyler. First 45min was 4:40, next 45 4:30, then brought it down.Hit it hard last 30min 4:15/km on the flat through uni park. 10min cool down easy at 5:30.
hurt and was suffering at the end, but hung in there with 3 hard days in a row including 57km of steady to hard running in 18 hours. feeling ready for sub 3.
quad is still a bit weak, so need to keep up the exercises 2-3x/day for next week.
