Recap of yesterday's refereeing...

first game 90 min AHR 120 easy.

2nd game 90 min AHR 125 easy.

3rd game 90 min AHR 150 tougher game. Lots of fouls, 2 yellow cards, and a near fight.

Peak HR 182, but I think that was probably standing still yelling a some moron.

150 is my 10m/M jog pace. 100 is a 15-20m/M walking pace. So 120-125 must be 12-14m/M. It all adds up to 6M+7M+9M=22M Calories burned was 2500 and I usually burn about 110 per M so that yields 22M also. So maybe it's real. It is 4.5hrs of walk/jog/run. No wonder I was such bad company Hally. And once back I was asleep, ZZzzzz. And oh yeah, sun and wind burned face this morning. Doh.
