2013 Run #71. Out with MHM. She ran/walked two laps, while I did four. Five days solid of rain from last Sunday screwed up my training, but I got my long runs DONE. Probably not out of the Brocket Multisport coaching book and I'm sure my guy there, FONGavon Bailey wouldn't approve, but I just needed to log some Ks...
Feeling good as well today. Definitely better to run after a liquid breakfast, rather than a normal lunch...
Weighed in at 78.1kgs afterwards. Would really like to get in under 78kgs and stay there though...
