I usually eat really light the night before a race (or keep it completely liquid), but as we were going up to visit the family gravesite on Saturday, we went out to dinner with de Niro and the Matriarch Saturday night. Genghis Khan.
I asked to go early and we were done by 7:30... but I guess I ate too much... I guess. Crazy gut pain for the next 26 hours. Crazy. Race didn't happen. The course looked awesome as well, judging from the photos on FB.
(Weird thing is we had grilled meat in July when my parents were here and everything was fine...)
