Half-birthday waves were clean, but way too freaking big for winter...and tomorrow I gotta see the doctor. Tuesday?!
Got the run done though. Wasn't up for two out and backs so turned the corner and kept going even though it was sheet ice. Managed to run it in very bumpy ankle-deep snow on the side of the road. Nice. Forgot to start my stopwatch though. Guess it took about this long...
Decent enough week done. Would like to have done two runs over 7K, but glad I only did one 2K run. There were a couple that came close though...
