Rooster's JUDO (Pushup) BLAST Version 4
- Version 4 = Run a little, do 5 pushups, pop-up, run some more, jump the muddy ditch, then run to the end of the drive.
4 sets of 6 laps each.
TOTAL PUSHUPS = 120
COMMENTS - Finished under 3 minutes for all sets. Quite tough in the heat. Need one or two other features and this would be MONEY. A flying fox would be good too. Oh and I don't actually have a muddy ditch - just some planks to jump over...
