2014 Run #9. So cold. Two out and backs again. Second with MHM. Wanted to go skiing today, but decided to take it EZ and just get a run in. Interesting to see how Saturday goes. Haven't done a lot of running over the winter, but have done some, plus a few recent BC climbs. Feeling pseudo-healthy too (still time for that to change though!) so just gotta get out and do it. Under 2 and I'm happy...
