Notes
This entry refers to RUNNING, which is only done for the BOOOOOOZ, unlike RACE WALKING, which is my one true passion - second only to the European Title and everything that goes with it. Anyway, with that cleared up I will get on to say that it was a stinking FREAKING hot day. The Insane Biei Downhill Course didn`t really live up to expectations as the 10K is a different beast entirely. First 5 were a gradual uphill climb, the next two were vaguely flat, a good downhill section for a thousand, before two more on the flat to finish. Not having done much running recently I never really got into a rhythm. Thought I did at the 7K mark, but in retrospect I didn`t even come close. I might actually train for my next race. Or just not show up...
