2013 Run #92. Just feeling sore after bodyboarding and kendo yesterday (and probably the carveboarding too) so this one started off rough. Made it round for one lap of speed repeats, then decided to do another (shorter) lap for junk mile purposes. Got a second wind and ended up doing fartlek though.
