Rooster's JUDO Pushup BLAST Version 1 + 2
- This was done up and down the driveway behind my apartment.
- Version 1 = Do 1 pushup, then run 70 metres. REPEAT.
- Version 2 = Do 3 pushups, then run 70 metres. REPEAT.
Set 1 - 3 mins = 10 pushups + 630-ish metres.
Set 2 - 3 mins = 24 pushups + 490-ish metres.
Set 3 - 3 mins = 24 Pushups + 490-ish metres.
Set 4 - 3 mins = 24 Pushups + 490-ish metres.
1 min breaks in JUDO STANDING POSITION making it look EASY.
TOTAL PUSHUPS - 82
COMMENTS - Good, but there was too much running and not enough pushups. Want to simulate judo more. Also seeing as a black belt grading has 3 matches of 3 minutes, maybe I should pump it up to 4 sets of 4 minutes... What would Coach99 do?! Looking forward to trying this at judo throwing my partner though. Should be killer!
