2013 Run #52. Filled up the cooler box then drove out to Seaside Park. Ran three laps. MHM ran one and walked another. Funny how if you prepare (ie take them a little more seriously) long runs are actually quite... fun(?) Warm, sunny weather is all good too. Bumped into the office guy from the local JHS who I introduced to RA back in the day... and he's still using it!
