COMMENTS = Tides were okay, but the ocean was flat. Man, early morning weekday sessions have been lame all autumn... Gutted... Got out for some pullups though - this time ditching the training gloves for a pair of old snowboard gloves, worked out good actually. Just managed to finish this set for the first time - the 25 second breaks are HARD though...
