2013 Run #70. Finally stopped raining though so went out in my running gear to check the waves beforehand (first time in a while). Big and messy. Might be on for tomorrow though... Anyway, five laps. Feeling kinda heavy after lunch, so didn't really love the final one.
Do my times even matter for my training runs? Am I just taking it easy? Or am I getting FREAKING slower? Not quite sure at the moment... Running in the morning without any solid food in me would probably work best though...
(Weighed in at 78.8kg afterwards...)
