2013 Run #28. Two laps of At the Seaside with Amy Reid. Think my back might be almost totally better now. Kendo could be a go on Tuesday night... Not so sure about surfing or snowboarding yet though...

Decided not to push out my long run today, but did get my best total for weekly KMs. Good enough.
