TOTAL CHINUPS = 22
COMMENTS - Man, it got cold in the mornings. Well, I probably knew that but went out in a tank top anyway. Decided to drop back a week on the programme, so I can do pullups and chinups at the same rate. Got it done, but all I really felt about it was COLD.
