Just read that 10,000 steps equals 1 hour 40 of walking...or 50 minutes of more intense exercise. Then again, I also read that 10,000 steps equals 1 hour 15 of walking.
Whatever. Monthly goal. 30 hours of walking/running/BC climbing.
(Can I count surfing? Paddling out and (particularly) catching a wave is super intense...then you wait around for 5-10 minutes for the next one...Hmmm...)
