2013 Run #58. I LOVE Sunday mornings! Well, as long as they are warm and sunny, that is. Not hot yet, so a pretty nice temperature to run in. Cool breeze too. Anyway, MHM walked one lap, while I ran six. Stopped (the timer!) between laps to hydrate, never knew how much I loved water! My time after five laps was faster than the five laps I did last week, but must have slowed down on the last lap. Legs were getting heavy. Still, felt good out there. Weighed 78.7kg afterwards too...
