2013 Run #130. Okay, so if 2006 was all about running doubles and 1997-1998 was all about running hills (not to be hardcore, just because they were fun...) seems to me I gotta put this all together. So I turned my out-and-back EZ night run into a hill workout by grinding up Big Round Mountain on the way out and then doing the same again on the way back. SOLID. Gotta get on the yoga though. No injuries!
