Notes

Just felt like junk, no energy. Was supposed to do 10x800 but didn't have it. Possible I'm coming down with something so will try to get a lot of sleep tonight. Decided to defer to an easy run in the afternoon to help with recovery.

Main concern is that I'm overtrained and my body is breaking down. Going to focus on recovery this week, but still with the miles. Might have to cut back on the intensity of workouts coming up; hitting the higher mileage is still my top priority. I can probably do that with only 1 workout during the week and then some intensity on the long run.
