10m @ 6:30-6:40 (just north of HM). Prescribed workout was a little faster, but I was still feeling the Monday hill workout, so I decided to give myself an extra ~5 sec cushion and not push so fast. Glad I did that. Still felt appropriately hard without hitting "see god" level of difficult. Last ~4 miles my body was screaming to stop (not in pain, just fatigue) so good practice at gutting it out and not losing focus. Happy with it. Really felt it after.
