Notes

Ran marathon pace for the first ~10.5 miles or so, then picked up the pace for the last bit so I could get a PR and have a nice little progression workout. Felt okay - this is a tough course so it's always difficult to use it to get a read. But all in all was a good effort and I think bodes well for a month from now.
