Notes

Decent shoulder work out then on the cross trainer, kind of starting to not hate it so much. If sweat expended is a good indicator, then I had a great workout. The woman next to me seemed to be staring at the sweat pools under/on the machine w some disgust, but she asked for it, she could have moved down a few.
