40:00 on the ct. Quads are a little stiff don't know I'd it's from the 80 minutes on the ct yest or the go runs.

Started with day 2 of pu program, all the way to 9 but I keep thinking I missed a set along the way. No nada none attractive women at the gym. Wtf
