Notes

After hockey last night (1-1-2 and 2:00 for tripping) and beer afterwards I skipped my morning work out. Around lunch, to clear my head and avoid Ckc I thrashed myself for 30 on the ct. Went to nif after work for shoulders and thought about a 3 mile jog, but decided against. Johnny m's after. Now, at 20:00 my knee feels about 90%, hope it gets to 100% by Sunday. I'm running that gd race, hope it doesn't put me down for a month. Wondering what the involuntary 1 week taper will cause.
