Thursday repeats with Jon and Dermot. The warm up was lacking and repeat 1 hurt way more than it should but 2-5 were solid and 6 was a bit more of an effort than it should have been. Tried to get Jon to be more consistent, he went from 3:19 to 3:03 and nearly back again. That's not good for anybody.
