Nice, 7×2 minutes with two minutes recovery. Aim, to stay under six minute pace for each rep, averaging about 540, concentrating on trying to make this feel somewhat comfortable, trying to keep everything working in unison,breathing,stride length, relaxation of shoulders, quick turnover of legs, it's is amazing how much you can fit into two minutes. Went well, chuffed.
