3:2 intervals x 10. Felt horrible. Had to skip last two intervals (9 and 10) and also couldn't finish two others. Legs felt very shaky, like I would fall. When I got home, still felt wobbly/dizzy like I might fall over for 15-20 minutes.

Issues: Ran the day before.

Solution: Don't do that. Take the day off.

Issue: Wondering if I was going too fast, given how shaky I felt.

Solution: Bought heart rate monitor for training.

Issue: Ate bowl of cereal and milk right before run. Too much?

Solution: Time meals; eat light snacks.
