Notes
Was supposed to be a 5 mile run, but legs started to feel very weak around halfway through, then head. At about 4 miles, began to feel strong internal urge to walk, which I never do. At 4.2 miles, legs just said: stop. Not sure if I needed water or carbs, but I needed something; felt wobbly and bought Gatorade on way home.
Pace was too fast, actually ahead of my target pace in warm weather. Also, I hadn't eaten a lot today. I didn't bring fluids with me because it was a short run, but I guess in the warm weather I should have. Anyway, I survived.
