Notes

Gorgeous spring-like February weather. Again experienced leg cramps, though not quite as bad as yesterday. Stopped twice to stretch, including one longer stretching period than yesterday, but did not need to walk at all. Leg again loosened up in second half of run; may need to look at warm up. Foot also seemed to move a lot in shoe; seemed to roll outward a lot (supinate rather than pronate). Also wondering if shoes are wearing out. Will need to keep track of this.

Overall, okay. Need to take some time off, at least a day or two. Also will do next couple runs on treadmill. Need to look at stretch/strengthen routine.
