Notes

One mile tempo run with warm up and cool down. Not impressive, but getting the feel for tempos. Harder to do outside the group setting. Wanted to keep this run short since I need to do an am 8 mile run followed by a pm 4 mile run tomorrow to get ready for the long run on Saturday. Felt sick Monday and Tuesday but I am determined to get in the miles to keep on track.
