Notes

Three mile warm up. One mile tempo. One mile cool down. Wanted to do more, but lightning made me cut it short. Wanted to do two miles at tempo. This run was hard. Not too bad with the pacing, but was disappointed that mile tempo run came out to a 9:24 min/mi. For some reason I feel coming into this marathon training I have more work to make up than last time. I need to be a more consistent runner. I am working off a lot of lactic acid from the weight class that I started back up on Monday morning, so it was sore coming into it. And I also have this huge and somewhat painful blister on my left big toe. At least I still have my toenails. :) For now.
