Tuesdays are supposed to be hard workout days training for speed, but today I was just trying out my new jogging stroller. I wanted to get more miles in, but I had to actually buy the stroller, and once I did it was so late in the day and humid, I didn't want to subject Winter to that. She was so good the whole time. Tomorrow we're going to try for 5 miles, so we'll see how that goes. Also, today I wanted to make sure I got in enough park time which was what she was excited for.

The GPS data on this is useless, because I ran while it was paused and walked while it was on. So, I just took the times and put it in myself. It definitely is harder and the pace is slower with stroller, but I think overall it will be a good training tool. Especially since I'll get to do the long runs solo. I would like to try to make Tuesdays a no stroller run day, but we'll see how that goes; Tuesdays are a pretty busy day/night at my house.
