Notes

Long run. Ran first two miles a little slower to warmup, and worked heart rate up into miles 3-5, and walked 10 mins to cool down at the end. Also ran half a mile barefoot on the track. Wasn't too pleasant though, as my muscles were already getting quite tired near the end, so my feet felt a little bit stiff.

Warm during run, but not as bad as the last few weeks.

Some hills so lap times are difficult to compare. Had to walk up some hills to keep HR down.
