Starting to keep notes again.
HRM seemed to be on the fritz at the start of run and it took at least 2 miles to stabilize. This doesn't usually happen. A real slow pace at the start made it jump all the way up to 160.
At mile 3 I was able to speed things up under MAF and maintain a real fast pace compared to recent runs. I can feel some definite improvement and I felt great throughout.
This is my first long run in a while and will be ramping up to 2 hours within the next few weeks.
Had 7 beers last night and felt a little hung over when I woke up but this didn't seem to affect my run too much.
Tomorrow is a rest day and start all over again on Monday!
