Notes
Overcast and wet today. No rain but my feet were soaked through. Was cold too. Miserable run, but I got through it fine. Felt a little tired though as if the mileage is catching up to me. Will be taking a 5 day break next week so need to soldier on till then.
Pace was decent, no complaints there. Looking forward to the sun's return though.
