15 min WU, 11 x (2:00 5k-10 effort, 2:00 jog), CD to 9 total.
Decided I don't really like these shoes THAT much. They make my toes burn and they don't have any particular element of fast feel. Probably start alternating with the PureFlows. That might be a nice balance of minimal drop shoes and foam shoes for workouts.
