Holy shit so painful. She worked into the calves and plantar fascia, especially on the right. So much pain and hard to relax on the right. Jumping around all over. She worked the left buttock pretty thoroughly along with abdominal wall and back area above and just behind and above the knee. Need to use the LaCrosse ball on glutes, piriformis, abd/back, and above/behind knee on left. Need to use rolling pin on right calf as well as yoga ball on right plantar fascia...alternating calf and fascia every other day. Once only per day. Epsom salt bathes. Run just before rolling. Running after felt so good and free.
